Application in soap-making: sweet almond oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis), which we recommend not to mix with bitter almonds (P. amygdalus var. amara). Sweet almonds are rich in vitamins such as A, E and B6. Almond oil is an excellent element in soap-making, nourishing and moisturising the skin, but please note that it can make the soap bars softer. We therefore recommend that you do not exceed 25% for cold process soap making.
