Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the CrafterShop.eu Online Store
1. General Provisions
1.1. Seller – UAB “Manfira”, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302812448, VAT payer code LT100006981110, registered office address: Eišiškių pl. 127, LT-02184 Vilnius, principal place of business: Savanorių pr. 193, LT-02300 Vilnius.
1.2. Buyer – a legally capable natural person or a legal entity that purchases goods in the CrafterShop.eu online store.
1.3. Goods – goods and services offered in the CrafterShop.eu online store or purchased by the Buyer.
1.4. CrafterShop.eu – an online store located at www.craftershop.eu.
1.5. Agreement – a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller for the purchase of Goods.
1.6. These Rules are mandatory when concluding purchase agreements between the Seller and the Buyer. Before placing an order in the CrafterShop.eu online store, the Buyer must read these Rules carefully. The Buyer is solely responsible for failure to familiarise themselves with the Rules.
1.7. These Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”), once confirmed by the Buyer (by reading the Rules and checking the box “I have read and agree with CrafterShop.eu Rules”), constitute a legally binding document which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchase and payment, delivery and return procedure, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase–sale of goods on CrafterShop.eu.
1.8. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with applicable laws. Registered Buyers will be notified of such amendments when logging into their CrafterShop.eu account and must reconfirm the amended Rules before making further purchases.
1.9. The following persons are entitled to purchase in the online store: legally capable adults; minors between 14 and 18 years of age with parental or guardian consent (unless independently managing their funds); legal entities; and authorised representatives of the above.
1.10. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods in the CrafterShop.eu online store.
2. Ordering of Goods and Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The Buyer may order Goods on CrafterShop.eu in one of the following ways:
2.1.1. online after registering with CrafterShop.eu (by entering login data);
2.1.2. online without registration;
2.1.3. by telephone;
2.1.4. by e-mail;
2.1.5. in the physical store.
2.2. When ordering Goods via methods listed in clauses 2.1.1–2.1.2, the Buyer must provide all mandatory personal data in the data fields of CrafterShop.eu required for the proper fulfilment of the order, which are processed according to the Privacy Policy.
2.3. Orders placed by phone, e-mail or in the store are carried out according to these Rules and are subject to the Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and their application.
2.4. Once the Buyer selects the Goods and completes all order steps, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of a payment method, a binding purchase–sale agreement is deemed concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. The Buyer is informed of order confirmation by e-mail.
2.5. All essential information about the Goods and their characteristics is provided by the Seller in the product description at CrafterShop.eu.
2.6. Each Buyer’s order is stored in the CrafterShop.eu and Seller’s databases in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
2.7. A VAT invoice for the Goods is sent by e-mail or issued upon collection on the date of receipt.
2.8. If the Seller cannot fulfil the order for justified reasons, the Seller informs the Buyer by phone or e-mail. In such case the Seller immediately, but not later than within 7 business days, refunds the Buyer the paid amount for the Goods.
3. Prices, Payment Terms and Deadlines
3.1. Prices of Goods on CrafterShop.eu are indicated in euros and include VAT applicable at the time under legal acts.
3.2. Once the order is confirmed, the price of the Goods does not change, except when the price changes due to objective reasons beyond the Seller’s control despite reasonable efforts to maintain price accuracy. In such case, before confirming the order the Seller informs the Buyer in writing or orally and offers either to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order. If the Buyer does not agree with the new price, they may cancel the order by notifying the Seller within 3 business days. The order is not executed until the Buyer’s response is received. Upon cancellation, all payments are refunded within 7 business days.
3.3. The Buyer may pay for the Goods by:
3.3.1. electronic banking;
3.3.2. bank transfer;
3.3.3. cash or card in the physical CrafterShop store;
3.3.4. consumer credit provided by leasing companies.
3.4. The delivery period starts once the order is confirmed and accepted for fulfilment, when the Seller has received payment or when cash on delivery / financing confirmation is approved.
3.5. Payment by bank card online or at the store checkout.
4. Rights of the Buyer
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase Goods in the CrafterShop.eu online store in accordance with these Rules and other provisions published in the Seller’s store.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with these Rules.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with these Rules.
4.4. The Buyer has the right to replace or return the purchased Goods in accordance with these Rules.
4.5. The Buyer has all other rights established in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the CrafterShop.eu Terms of Use, and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.6. The Buyer has the right to apply non-judicial complaint and dispute resolution procedures in disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer (Civil Code 6.2287 art. 16). A Buyer who believes that their rights have been violated must submit a written request to the Seller within three months from the day of the alleged infringement. The Seller must examine such request free of charge and provide a substantiated written reply within 14 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Buyer may apply to the consumer dispute resolution authority (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to court.
4.7. The Buyer may also submit complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code:
– The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason and without incurring costs other than those specified in 6.228(11), by notifying the Seller in writing and returning the Goods at their own expense.
– The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal where the contract concerns audio/video recordings, computer software, if the packaging is unsealed.
– If the contract is withdrawn and the Goods were financed by a consumer credit agreement, such credit agreement shall be terminated without additional obligations for the Buyer.
– If the Buyer received an extra discount as part of an offer, such discount is cancelled if even one quality item that formed the basis of the offer is returned.

5. Obligations of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. A registered Buyer undertakes not to disclose login data to third parties. If login data is lost, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller at info@craftershop.eu or +370 604 88 141.
5.3. If the Buyer’s registration data change, the Buyer must update them immediately to allow the Seller to fulfil obligations properly.
5.4. When using the CrafterShop.eu online store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other store provisions and not to violate laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Rights of the Seller
6.1. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability or security of the online store or breaches obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access, or in exceptional cases delete the Buyer’s account.
6.2. In important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
7. Obligations of the Seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the Buyer’s access to the services of the CrafterShop.eu online store under the conditions set in these Rules and on the website.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy and to process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Section 3.
7.4. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered Goods due to important circumstances, the Seller must offer an equivalent or similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller refunds all payments within 7 business days if prepayment was made.
8. Delivery of Goods
8.1. Delivery methods:
– Courier delivery
– Parcel locker (Paštomatas)
– Collection in the store
8.2. Delivery time: 1–5 business days.
8.3. Delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method.
8.4. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier.
Important information upon receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must inspect the condition of the parcel together with the courier. If the “carrying service” was not ordered and the parcel is accepted without any remarks, claims regarding damaged goods will not be examined thereafter.
If parcel damage is detected, the Buyer or representative must not accept the parcel. A damage report must be completed together with the courier. Any claim regarding damage or discrepancies must be submitted no later than within 24 hours from delivery confirmation.
Once the Buyer or representative signs the courier’s device or provides the confirmation code, the parcel is deemed delivered intact.
The Buyer must present a personal identification document when collecting the parcel.
If someone else will collect the goods, their details must be indicated in the order as an authorised contact person.
For payment upon delivery, the exact stated amount must be available.
9. Order Cancellation and Refunds
9.1. The Buyer may cancel the order before it is dispatched.
9.2. Goods return procedure:
Goods may be returned within 14 days from receipt.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in case of defective goods.
The Seller refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved by mutual agreement.
10.2. If not resolved, the Buyer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or to court.
