Return and Exchange of Goods

  1. Goods purchased via the CrafterShop.eu online store or in the physical CrafterShop store may be returned (or exchanged) within 14 days.
    A quality Goods item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days only if it has not been used and its commercial appearance has not been damaged. This also means that the original packaging must be preserved and undamaged, and the Goods may only be inspected in the same manner as they could be inspected at a physical point of sale.

  2. In all cases, in order to return Goods, the matter must first be coordinated by e-mail: info@CrafterShop.eu or by phone: +370 604 88 141.

  3. The e-mail or written request must include the order/purchase details, proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), the reason for return/exchange, and the bank account for the refund. In case of an exchange, indicate which Goods were received and to which Goods they should be exchanged.

  4. The Buyer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of returning the Goods.

  5. Upon return of the Goods, the Buyer shall be refunded in full no later than within 14 days.

Quality of Goods and Warranty

If a product is defective:
The consumer to whom a defective Goods item was sold is entitled, pursuant to Article 6.364(1) of the Civil Code, to choose whether to request repair (remedy) of the Goods or replacement of the Goods, except in cases where the request is impossible to fulfil or would cause the Seller disproportionate costs. The Seller may refuse to repair or replace the Goods where this is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs, taking into account:

  1. the value of the Goods if there were no defect;

  2. the significance of the defect (non-conformity);

  3. whether satisfying another request would not cause significant inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer has the right to request a proportional price reduction or to terminate the purchase agreement if:

  1. the Seller has not repaired or replaced the Goods or has refused to do so;

  2. the defect appeared again after repair;

  3. the defect is substantial;

  4. the Seller has declared, or it is clear from circumstances, that the Goods will not be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or that doing so would cause significant inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer does not have the right to terminate the agreement if the defect is minor. The burden of proof that the defect is minor lies with the Seller.

Note: Powder-coated surfaces are not covered by warranty.

Return and Exchange of Quality Goods

In accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right within 14 days from the delivery of non-food Goods, unless a longer period is set by the Seller, to exchange the purchased Goods at the place of purchase or other location designated by the Seller for identical Goods of different dimensions, shape, colour, model or completeness, or return the Goods to the Seller and receive a refund.
The request shall be satisfied if the Goods have not been used, have not been damaged, have retained their consumer properties and commercial appearance, and the Buyer can provide proof of purchase from the Seller.

Warranty

Pursuant to Article 6.364 of the Civil Code, the Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the Goods (including Goods with digital elements) existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years from the delivery (statutory warranty).

Non-returnable Goods

According to point 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, certain categories of Goods (e.g. electrical goods, toys, furniture, cosmetics, books, underwear, etc.) are non-returnable if of suitable quality, except with Seller’s consent.
Also included are all gas-powered devices, as they are treated as electrical equipment.

When purchasing remotely, the list of non-returnable Goods is established by Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code. Quality Goods purchased remotely are not returnable if they are:
– perishable goods,
– manufactured to the consumer’s individual order or measurements,
– unpacked personal hygiene goods, etc.
