1. Product Delivery

1.1. Delivery Method Options
When ordering products, the Buyer can choose one of the following delivery methods:
Delivery methods:
1.1.1. Delivery via the “Venipak” and “DPD” courier service.
1.1.2. Delivery to “OMNIVA” and “Venipak” parcel lockers.
1.1.3. Pickup from the “CrafterShop” physical store at Savanorių pr. 193, Vilnius.

1.2. Delivery Terms and Conditions
1.2.1. Delivery time: 1–5 business days.
1.2.2. Delivery cost depends on the selected method.
1.2.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

1.3. Courier Delivery Conditions
1.3.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer and brought to the door of the residence. Unloading and carrying services are not included in the delivery cost.
1.3.2. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery location. The products must be accepted by the person who placed the order and who presents an identity document. If the order is made on behalf of another person, that person must be authorized to receive the products.
1.3.3. If cash payment is chosen, the exact amount must be available at the time of delivery. If the exact amount is not available, the courier may refuse to hand over the goods. A re-delivery will incur the same cost as the first delivery.

1.4. Parcel Locker Delivery Conditions
1.4.1. The maximum weight for parcels sent via parcel lockers is 30 kg. The maximum dimensions for “Omniva” parcel lockers are 39 x 38 x 64 cm. The maximum dimensions for “Venipak” parcel lockers are 39.5 x 41 x 61 cm.
1.4.2. Parcels must be picked up from the parcel locker within 5 business days of receiving the SMS notification.

1.5. Pickup from the Physical Store
1.5.1. The products must be picked up within 3 business days after the Seller notifies the Buyer by email that the products are ready for pickup.
1.5.2. The product can be picked up by the person who placed the order or by their authorized person, who must present an identity document.

1.6. Other Delivery Conditions
1.6.1. The delivery time indicated by the Seller is an estimate and may change due to supply disruptions. The Buyer will be informed about the lack of ordered products.
1.6.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.6.3. Products are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit.

1.7. Conditions for Non-receipt or Non-delivery of Goods
1.7.1. If the goods are not picked up or cannot be delivered, and the Buyer has already made a prepayment, the Seller will contact the Buyer regarding new delivery terms.
1.7.2. If the Buyer disagrees with the new delivery terms and does not pick up the products, the order will be canceled, minus the delivery and administrative costs.

1.8. Moment of Receiving the Goods
1.8.1. The Buyer must check the parcel packaging and the condition of the goods. If damage or discrepancies are found, the parcel must not be accepted, and a shipment inspection report should be filled out with the courier.
1.8.2. Claims regarding damaged goods can be submitted no later than 24 hours from the receipt of the goods.
1.8.3. After signing the goods receipt-transfer document, it is considered that the goods were delivered without defects.
