Production tips
- If you notice a weak or unstable flame, try a different size wick. The test ignition should be carried out at the earliest 48 hours after its manufacture.
- If the candle melts very quickly during the test and the amount of candle melting decreases, choose a smaller wick size.
- If the candle has an uneven surface and burns down the tunnel, choose a larger wick size.
- Candle moulds or containers must be clean. Use room temperature containers for making the candle, and best practice is to heat the containers up to 45°C, so that the candle is nicely distributed in the containers and glows evenly.
- Experiment with different wax dyes, scents and wicks to create the perfect candle. Each element has a different effect on the quality of the candle.
Recommended temperature
- It is not recommended to overheat the wax, as the best physical and chemical properties are lost (maximum heating temperature up to 85°C). The quality and effectiveness of the candle will remain unchanged, but overheating can affect the aesthetic aspect of the candle and may cause cracks in the surface of the candle.
- Melting point about 42-48°C.
- The freezing point is around 34-42°C.
- We recommend using powder paint at 75°C and liquid paint at 70°C.
- We recommend using fragrance oils at 70°C. When using fragrance oils, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for quantities, which range between 5-10%.
- Pour the candles into the jars at 45-55°C.
- Leave the candles to set at room temperature at 25°C.
