Production tips
- If you notice a weak or unstable flame, try a different size wick. The test ignition should be carried out at the earliest 48 hours after its manufacture.
- If the candle drips during testing, choose a smaller wick size.
- Candle moulds or containers must be clean. Use room temperature moulds for production, and best practice is to heat the moulds to 45°C, so that the candle is nicely distributed in the moulds and shines evenly.
- Experiment with different wax dyes, scents and wicks to create the perfect candle. Each element has a different effect on the quality of the candle.
Recommended temperature
- It is not recommended to overheat the wax, as the best physical and chemical properties are lost (maximum heating temperature up to 85°C). Excessive heating may cause cracks in the wax when the candles are removed from the mould. The quality and performance of the candle will remain unchanged, but overheating may affect the aesthetic side of the candle.
- Melting point around 50°C.
- We recommend using paints at 75°C and liquid paints at 70°C.
- We recommend using fragrance oils at 70°C. When using fragrance oils, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for quantities, which range between 5-10%.
- Pour the candles into the moulds at 55-65°C.
- Leave the candles to set at room temperature at 25°C.
