Jesmonite AC100 Liquid, 100 g – 5 kg

1. Prepare your moulds.

2. Mix the base with Jesmonite AC100 liquid at a ratio of 2.5:1 (base:liquid by weight).

Liquid quantities depending on base weight:

• 250 g base → 100 g liquid
• 2.5 kg base → 1 kg liquid
• 12.5 kg base → 5 kg liquid

⚠️ Jesmonite AC100 base must always be mixed with Jesmonite AC100 liquid at a 2.5:1 ratio. Accurate proportions are essential to achieve the best material properties.

3. Stir thoroughly by hand or with a mechanical mixer until a smooth consistency is achieved.

4. Pour the mixture into the mould and spread evenly.

5. Allow to cure for approximately 30–40 minutes at room temperature.

After curing, protective sealers may be applied for additional durability.

Note: The surface can be additionally painted, sealed or left natural for a minimalist concrete-like finish.
