Tips for candle making:
- Trim the wick to the desired length before securing it in wax, as it can be more difficult to trim neatly once the candle has set.
- If the flame is too large and melts the wax too quickly, choose a smaller wick size.
- Conversely, if the flame flickers weakly without proper heat, try a wider wick.
- Always conduct test burns with different wick sizes to ensure an even burn that matches your container size and wax blend. Most importantly – enjoy the process!
All wicks are 76.2 mm long and 15.9 mm wide.
Secure the wooden wick using specially designed metal wick holders. Metal wick holders are sold separately.
