Diffusol™ is the perfect choice for high quality, luxurious home fragrances with sticks, home air fresheners, bedding sprays and electric home fragrances.

Diffusol™ pIt has excellent dissolving power, low evaporation rate and low base odour, and unlike other bases for home fragrances, it evaporates completely and does not have a metallic odour. It is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic product containing Alcohol and phthalate free. Due to the excellent properties of the base, it is one of the most popular choices among professional home fragrance manufacturers.

Diffusol™ is specially designed to maximise the amount of odour emitted, with the oil soaking into the sticks. It works extremely well with natural rattan and bamboo home fragrance sticks, and also works well with synthetic home fragrance sticks, preventing them from disintegrating without the need for additional rotation.

If you plan to sell your home fragrances in the USA, we recommend that you check whether the base you use has the necessary regulations.

Diffusol™ complies with California USA - CA Prop 65 and is not classified as a VOC (vapour pressure less than 0.1 mg Hg). This means that Diffusol™does not contribute to the VOC content of the final product, which allows the use of a higher odour content (15-20%) without violating the regulation.

Diffusol™ is EU REACH certified.

IMPORTANT: Diffusol™ is perfectly compatible with the aromatic oils in our range, but when making home fragrances, sprays and air fresheners, you must take into account the maximum concentration of fragrance allowed in the products. Therefore, when selecting an aromatic oil, please read its IFRA documentation, which specifies the permitted use of fragrance in the final product.

How to make home fragrance?

If you've ever wanted to learn how to make your own home fragrances, but found it a very complicated process, read on, we promise it's really simple.

We advise you to choose only the highest quality raw materials, as this will determine not only the appearance of your home fragrance, but also the quality. First, make sure you have all the necessary materials ready. You will need:

Home fragrance bottle
For the smell of wand houses
Home fragrance bases
Aromatic oil

In most home fragrances, the permissible fragrance content is between 15-20%. If you choose to use more than 20% fragrance oil, the home fragrance you produce will not meet the requirements of the home fragrance label. We therefore recommend starting with a 15% concentration in the base.

The process of making home fragrances:

If you choose to use a 100 ml home fragrance container, we recommend that you produce around 90 ml of home fragrance. In a separate container, mix 85% of the home fragrance base with your choice of 15% fragrance oil. Stir gently for about a couple of minutes until the two ingredients are fully combined. Pour the mixture into the bottle of your choice. To use the scent immediately, add 3-4 sticks. If the home fragrance is to be given as a gift or for sale, screw the bottle with the special cap provided and stick the safety label on the bottom of the jar.

*Use the liquid paints in our range, which are soluble and can be used to tint Diffusol™ if required.
