Product Exchange and Return

  1. Products purchased in our online store, CrafterShop.eu, or the physical CrafterShop store can be returned (exchanged) within 14 days.
    You can only return or exchange a product within 14 days if the product has not been used and its commercial appearance has not been damaged. This also means that you must preserve and not damage the product packaging, and the product should only be inspected as you would in a physical store.
  2. To return products, in all cases, please coordinate this matter with CrafterShop via email: info@CraftShop.lt or by phone: +370 604 88 141.
  3. In the email or request, you must provide order/purchase details, purchase confirmation documents (receipt/invoice), the reason for the return/exchange, and the account for the money refund. In case of exchange, please specify which product you received and which product you would like to exchange it for.
  4. The Buyer organizes the return of products at their own cost.
  5. Upon returning the product, the full amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded no later than 14 days.

Product Quality and Warranty

If the purchased product is of poor quality:
The consumer who purchased the defective product, in accordance with Article 6.364 (1) of the Civil Code, has the right to request the product to be repaired or replaced, except in cases where the request cannot be fulfilled or if the Seller would incur disproportionate costs. The Seller has the right to refuse to repair or replace the product if it is impossible to do so or if doing so would cause disproportionate costs to the Seller, considering all circumstances, including:

  1. The value of the product if it had no defects;
  2. The significance of the product defects (non-conformity);
  3. Whether applying another claim would cause inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer has the right to request a proportional reduction in the price of the product or to cancel the purchase-sale agreement if:

  1. The Seller has not repaired or replaced the product or refused to do so;
  2. The defect of the product occurred despite the Seller attempting to repair it;
  3. The product defect is substantial;
  4. The Seller has stated or it is clear from the circumstances that the product will not be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or it would cause significant inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer does not have the right to cancel the contract if the defect is minor. The burden of proof that the defect is minor lies with the Seller.
Please note, that for powder-coated surfaces, no warranty is provided.

Exchange and Return of Quality Products
If the product is of appropriate quality, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to exchange purchased items for other items of the same kind but with different dimensions, shape, color, model, or completeness, or return the items to the Seller and receive a refund, within 14 days from the delivery of non-food products, unless the Seller has specified a longer period. Please note that the Buyer’s request to exchange or return items will be fulfilled if the items have not been used, are undamaged, retain their consumer properties, and have not lost their commercial appearance, and the Buyer has proof that the items were purchased from the specific Seller.

Product Warranty
According to Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller is responsible to the consumer for any non-conformity with quality requirements of the products (including products containing digital elements) at the time of delivery and for defects discovered no later than two years after the product’s delivery (legal warranty).

Non-returnable Products
It should be noted that Clause 17 of the Retail Trade Rules provides a list of non-returnable products (e.g., electronics, toys, furniture, cosmetics, books, underwear, etc.). Products listed in this list, even if of appropriate quality, can only be returned if the Seller agrees. You can familiarize yourself with these rules via this link.
Additionally, this list includes all gas devices, as they are considered equivalent to electrical devices.
When purchasing remotely, the list of non-returnable products is defined by Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Non-returnable perishable products, products made according to individual orders and measurements, unpacked personal hygiene products, etc., are also not returnable. The full list of non-returnable products can be found via this link.
