1. The defects of the sold goods shall be eliminated, the defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the following applicable legislation: the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No.697 of 11 June 2001 (the wording of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014, the provisions of the Civil Code regulating the consumer legal relations, and the Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights). In all cases, money for returned goods shall be transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

2. In order to return the product(s) in accordance with Clause 1 of these Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by e-mail info@craftshop.lt in a letter or in a request, indicating the details of the order/purchase, the documents confirming the purchase (purchase receipt/receipt), the reason for the return/exchange, and the invoice for the money refund. In case of exchange, please specify the Product you received and the Product you wish to exchange it for.

3. The following conditions must be complied with when returning goods to the Buyer:

3.1. grąžinama prekė turi būti originalioje tvarkingoje pakuotėje;

3.2. prekė turi būti Pirkėjo nesugadinta;

3.3. prekė turi būti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos (nepažeistos etiketės, nenuplėštos apsauginės plėvelės ir kt.) (šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė);

3.4. grąžinama prekė turi būti tos pačios komplektacijos, kokios Pirkėjas ją gavo;

3.5. grąžinant prekę būtina pateikti jos įsigijimo dokumentą (užsakymo numeris ar sąskaita).

4. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in Article 3.

5. In the event of the return of goods received which are not the goods ordered by the Buyer and/or goods which are of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods at its own expense and to replace them with similar suitable goods.

6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price of delivery.

7. If the Goods are of adequate quality, pursuant to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer shall have the right, within 14 days from the date of handing over the non-food Goods to the Buyer, if the Seller has not set a longer period, to replace the purchased Goods with analogous Goods of a different size, shape, colour, model or completeness, or to return the Goods to the Seller and to get back the price paid for them. Please note that the Buyer’s request for replacement or return of the items shall be granted provided that the items have not been used, are not damaged, have retained their usable qualities, have not lost their merchantable appearance and that the Buyer has proof that he purchased the items from the Seller in question.

8. Custom bottled products such as aromatic oils, waxes are non-returnable goods as they are individually bottled/weighed at the time of each order, unless the Buyer claims that the goods arrived faulty or damaged during transportation.

9. Electronic goods, such as gift vouchers, cooking instructions (recipes), which are in pdf format, are non-returnable goods.
