1.1.1. delivery via Venipak or DPD courier services;
1.1.2. delivery to OMNIVA, Venipak, InPost or DPD parcel lockers.
1.2. When delivery via Venipak or DPD courier service is selected:
1.2.1. The Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer and brought to the entrance of the residential building or house. Unloading and carrying services are not included in the delivery price.
1.2.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide the exact delivery address. The Goods shall be accepted by the person who placed the order, upon presenting an identity document. If the order is placed in the Buyer’s name but the Buyer is unable to accept the Goods, an authorised person must be named in the order. If the Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer and received by another person present at the address, the Buyer is not entitled to make claims against the Seller for delivery to an unauthorised person.
1.2.3. If the payment method “cash on delivery” is selected, the Buyer must have the exact amount in cash at the moment of delivery. If the Buyer does not have the exact amount, the courier has the right to refuse handover of the Goods. Re-delivery is charged at the same rate as the initial delivery.
1.3. When delivery to parcel lockers is selected:
1.3.1. Maximum consignment weight and dimensions:
– OMNIVA: up to 30 kg; 39 × 38 × 64 cm
– Venipak: up to 30 kg; 39.5 × 41 × 61 cm
– InPost: up to 25 kg; 41 × 38 × 64 cm
– DPD: up to 25 kg; 36 × 43 × 61 cm
1.3.2. Shipments must be collected from the parcel locker within 5 business days after the notification sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail that the Goods are ready for collection.
1.4. The delivery terms indicated by the Seller are preliminary and may not apply if the Goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse; in such case the Buyer is informed. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The Seller shall inform the Buyer without delay and coordinate new delivery conditions.
1.5. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery or non-delivery of Goods if such delay or failure occurs due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
1.6. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment of delivery.
1.7. If delivery cannot be completed and the Buyer had prepaid for the Goods, the Seller shall contact the Buyer to agree on a new delivery arrangement. If agreement is not reached (or the Buyer still fails to collect or accept the Goods), the order is cancelled and the Buyer is refunded, minus the Seller’s losses related to delivery, refund processing, and any other cancellation-related costs.
1.8. At the moment of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the parcel packaging and the condition of the Goods together with the Seller or the authorised courier representative and sign the delivery note. If package damage, quantity or assortment discrepancies are identified, the Buyer must refuse the shipment. A defect report must be completed with the courier representative. Claims regarding improper configuration, damage or discrepancies must be submitted no later than within 24 hours from the delivery confirmation moment. If these steps are not taken, the Seller is released from liability for damage and the Goods are deemed delivered in intact condition. Once the delivery note is signed, the Goods are considered delivered in proper condition, with intact packaging and correct content.
